Yes. Montana Motorcycle Safety Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. You will receive an acknowledgment email after your gift.

How do I get a donation receipt?

A receipt is emailed automatically after your Stripe Checkout donation completes. If you need a replacement receipt, contact us at 406-500-8084 with your donation date and amount.

Is MTMC a government agency?

No. Montana Motorcycle Safety Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are not affiliated with Montana state government, the Montana DMV, or the Department of Public Safety. We partner with DPS for curriculum approval of MSF courses, but we operate independently.
